  1. Orders

1.1 You must register in order to place order(s) on the website. Provided information is understood to be completed and accurate at time of registration.

1.2 A confirmation order  will be sent via email once the order has been placed

1.3 All orders are subject to availability of the goods. The inclusion of any product on our site does not imply, warrant or guarantee that the product will be available by the time it is purchased.

1.4 Royal Caviar Club offers complimentary shipping around Hong Kong (except for Islands District) for orders over HK$400 (except for special cake products).

1.5 For orders HK$400 or below, HK$200 delivery fee will be charged upon check out.

1.6 Ice gel pack and thermo bag will be provided upon purchasing all caviar types in order to maintain its best quality during delivery.

 

  1. Prices and payment

2.1 Prices of our products are subject to change without any prior notice.

2.2 Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be miss-prices. If an error relates to the product(s) for which you have placed an order, we will notify you at the email address or the telephone number that have been provided at the registration and ask whether you would like to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it.

 

  1. Delivery

3.1 Royal Caviar Club offers delivery around Hong Kong.

3.2 Delivery time may vary depending on the item(s) you have added in your shopping cart and your delivery address:

       - Order lead time: 1 to 2 days (if order does not include pre-order items)

       - Delivery schedule: Monday To Friday (11am to 6pm)  

 

3.3 We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fee for any re-delivery if the recipient is not available at the agreed time of delivery.

3.4 We do not accept any responsibilities for goods left outside at the customer's request.

3.5 Delivery vehicle must be able to access and park legally within 50 meters of the delivery address.

3.6 Delivery is only available up to 4th floor for apartments without lift; above charges would occur.

3.7 Delivery will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rain Warning Signal is hoisted.

 

  1. Return and refund policy

4.1 Although we maintain strict controls over our products, we recommend to check whether the delivery is satisfactory and complete at the time of delivery. Your signature, or the signature on your behalf, on the invoice copy shall be conclusive evidence that the goods have been accepted.

4.2 If any item is faulty or does not correspond to the placed order, you shall return the good to the driver in original packaging and report the return by email to info@royalcaviarclub.com within 24 hours. We will provide a full refund by credit note on your account or replacement for any item that we have confirmed that is faulty.

4.3 We reserve the right to refuse returns if in our reasonable opinion, we do not consider the good to be faulty. In such case, we will return the good to you.

 

  1. Force majeure

If the performance of our obligations is prevented by reason of "force majeure" (which shall include prevention occasioned by fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or of any of its government agencies, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes whatsoever (whether similar to the foregoing or not) beyond our reasonable control, we shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention.

 

  1. Variation of terms and conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. You are reminded to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any order. Once an order is placed, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions prevalent at the time.
